Paula Kaempffer joined the Basilica of Saint Mary staff in 2007 and has been involved in Catholic Church ministry for over 35 years. She has a B.S. in Elementary Education and an M.A. in Religious Education from St. Joseph’s Seminary in New York. As the Director of Learning, she works with the educational programming for adults of the parish and oversees The Basilica’s RCIA process. She began working with the RCIA process in 1979 and her mentors were Fr. Jim Dunning and Dr. Christiane Brusselmans, two of the founding leaders of the National Frorum on the Catechumenate. It is with their training and unique vision that she approaches each year of RCIA with a passion for its power to change the Church.
